I ordered from the outlet, so when the exact item wasn’t available I was promptly emailed with THREE replacement options. Love that! Usually an outlet website would just cancel the order if they couldn’t fulfill, so I was very pleased. The outback slippers are so comfy! They’re foot shaped, they’re flat soled. My feet can be feet. I really like the felted material. My partner has been wearing hers for a month and me for a week…. I really appreciate that the fibers aren’t soaking up any STINK. I love that these were less than the price of some traditional wool clogs like Halflinger or Kyrgies and I expect the sole to really outlast options like those. Would recommend, hoping and expecting these to hold up to living.
